I've been looking for an app that does this. Take picture of text and read it aloud. This is useful when going through a museum and you want to do more looking than reading. Take pictures of info and listen to it in earpiece while looking at what you actually came for. Or instructions for something. Let this read it to you while you are doing it. Well done. Wish it could do more characters, but I'm sure this is a technical licensing limitation.

This is simple TTS fun. Read text aloud with different voices and modify those voices. Nothing that isn't available elsewhere, but nicely implemented. Unlike another app from this vendor, this does not require a login and there is no subscription currently offered. I'll pay a onetime fee for a useful little gadget, but don't do subscriptions and don't want to encourage that pricing model. Try it out, I think you'll enjoy this one.

Worked alright for a day or so. When I tried it today, it kept failing to generate audio on multiple voice models and styles. Not sure what the issue is, but for my needs, it has to always work, so I must find another.
