The worst app in the same field, no clear rules, no confirmation, delayed delivery, no responsibility and your packet will be lost just like that even if you do not receive it yet. The customer service or email support doesn't work at all, even if your packet has a warranty it's no use. No need to use this thing anymore, how could someone make something like this! I hope there's no one else who will experience the same way as i did, it's regretting so much i swear!

This App is good, but the service is bad. CS take too long to respon message (if you can't reply message ASAP please just delete this service). Also, the delivery TAKE SO LONG OMG for delivery just within the island (meanwhile others can do it in normal 2 days)

The app is fine till I found out that the shipping service was so bad. The customer service also gave a bad arrival estimation that I had to wait longer and no clue
