Privacy & Data Handling

User privacy is treated with high importance.
The face scan feature is used only to verify attendance by temporarily comparing the live scan with the student’s existing profile photo created during user registration.

The scanned face data is not stored, saved, or retained in any form. Once verification is completed, the scanned data is immediately discarded. Attendance records include only attendance status and do not contain facial or biometric data.

All verification processes are performed securely, and collected data is used strictly for institutional attendance management.
