How a session works
1. Watch a short lesson (60-90 seconds). One concept, one mechanism, no fluff.
2. Try a practice. Time-bounded and small enough to fit a Tuesday afternoon. Not "meditate for 30 days." More like "notice this one thing on your walk home."
3. Reflect briefly. A short response, a check-in, or a tap. We use AI feedback to validate your responses, not replace your thinking.
