This app is already great just from my initial impression. So far there's no invasive ads or constant pressure to purchase an expensive subscription, just good tools for a beginner learning to get their stress levels under control. One technical problem so far though, my home and back button bar doesn't go away in this app and it covers up the bar to access the community tab or other features. I have to be super careful trying to tap it or I just accidentally close the app.

I love this app! User-friendly, nice to look at, and there are educational articles as well as calming exercises tailored to different types of conditions. The latest update allows for more typing space. This app would be just about perfect for me if I could log more than three entries in a 24-hour period: I like to track log my symptoms both during my anxiety and after I've done an exercise to see how much it helped.

I've had the app for 24 hours now and already it is helping tremendously. I can easily keep track of my mental state, and find tips/excersizes to improve it. Even better is the list of mental and physical symptoms of different forms of anxiety because not everyone knows what those signs are and knowing them is the first step to finding solutions.
