Unironically, this might be the worst app I've ever had. I've had a smoker for nearly 2 years, and the app has gotten worse as years went on. We are now at the point where it doesn't even connect to the smoker anymore. I mean that literally, endless loading. I suppose I should give it a 1 since it literally doesn't work, but I gave an extra one simply because it used to work. Thankfully I have different Bluetooth thermometers so I don't need to utilize the app. If I did, I'd be screwed.

What happened? Have used this app since the gravity series came out with no issues. On my 3rd and it suddenly stopped connecting! What's up? ** Update**They respond to all of these with the same verbage. I sent an email to the address they gave before this review. How about respond to your customers and fix the issue instead of trying to act like you actually care? **I've tried connecting on my wives iPhone. I've set up a separate 2.4 guest network with a very short name and short password.

Horrible, when it did connect it was great. They clearly only care about the apple version, leaving android users in the dirt. I can connect to the device but it never shows the smoker so I can't do anything at all. I get notifications randomly that I've hit the target temp. I've uninstalled the app, reset everything, changed WiFi password and painstakingly reconnected and it's the same. Do better.
