I have done two work out programs now. I feel like there's a lack of care put into this app. In the beginning it gives you and overview of the workout with how many set and reps you'll be doing but when you get to the reps sometimes it will have a different set number. Or some of the exercise will have right or left body part only. Some of the videos won't work. The app also crashes quite a bit. A bunch of small things add up. This app has so much potential but the lack of care is apparent.

absolutely love this app, I'm not going to talk about all the weight I've lost because I haven't. I dont watch what I eat, I'm a student, a mom, and work full time tracking macros isn't happening. As a person that has been lifting for 10 years I love the new to me workouts/exercises in this app. I love that my shoulder does not hurt anymore and I'm more flexible than I mas two months ago.

Fantastic app! Great variety of workout programs - both at home and at the gym, really challenging exercises, and individual help with nutrition needs. Exercise variety keeps you interested - on day 26 of 30 day home program and haven't been bored yet. Already seeing results in inches lost and in strength and ability. Also great and timely support from both the app creator and from the in-app community.
