Very good tips and videos.
I've injured myself below my left ankle. I've used this program of strength building to get back out running. I've done 2 miles today and I am so happy to be able to run again after being on the shelf 2 weeks. At 64 yrs, I never know when to much is too much running. I was pushing to hard without proper strength building. Thanks again.
It states from beginner to expert, I can run and do regular and was after a half marathon training plan nothing more! Yet it seems impossible to get one it just kept sending me to the same page. So you want to know how to run a half marathon? YES Give a training plan! Very frustrating!!
I found this app while searching for a way to come back from a knee injury and keep up my mobility work, and it's great because there is something for everyone- do you want a training program? a tip/trick on a running technique? strength training/mobility? The trainers are down to earth so it's good for everyone from beginner to distance runners.
I really like this app. It brings together the video content of their YouTube channel and informative articles about running. The best part about the articles is that many of them have a breakdown of what you've just seen in a video. So if you're a textual learner, these step-by-step guides will be super helpful for you.
I am just about to start using this app. Really looking forward to it helping with my running. From what I have already seen on FB, it wil really benefit me. I am not a natural runner, and am suffering an injury ... so looking forward to how the Coach can help me.
