Remdo is a marketplace for local help. Customers can post a task, share the task location, compare offers from independent providers, message the selected provider, and pay the provider directly.
Providers can create a profile, complete hosted identity verification, manage availability, receive matching requests, and send offers when marketplace access is active.
Remdo does not employ providers and does not collect customer-to-provider task payments in the current launch model. Provider subscriptions unlock marketplace tools and offer sending. In native iOS and Android apps, provider subscriptions use App Store or Google Play billing. In the web version, provider subscriptions use Stripe.
Global app download is allowed. Active marketplace service is initially limited to the United States, Montenegro, and Indonesia; users in other countries can join the waitlist until Remdo opens that country in the app.
