How It Works
Create a return order -- Enter the pickup address, shipping vendor, item details, and a photo of your parcel.
Pay securely -- Your card is authorized upfront and captured only after the driver completes the delivery. Tips and saved payment methods are supported.
A driver picks it up -- A nearby background-checked driver accepts your order, picks up the parcel, and delivers it to the vendor.
Track in real time -- Follow your order status from pickup through vendor handoff. In-app notifications keep you updated at every step.
