About this app

When it all gets to be too much, Skillhouette gives you 15 short, quiet activities; breathing, grounding, focus for moments of stress, tension, or overwhelm. No account, no cloud sync, no pressure.

Open the app, pick what fits right now, and stop whenever you want.

Breathing: choose a comfortable rhythm
• Slow Breath: choose a pace with a longer exhale
• Box Breathing: four equal phases of four seconds, including two pauses
• Double Breath: breathe in, take in a little more air if that feels comfortable, then breathe out longer

Grounding: notice your body and what's around you
• 5-4-3-2-1: notice what you can see and hear, where you feel contact, and other details nearby or choose the shorter 3-2-1
• Sand & Water: trace freely on a large surface, or choose large points instead
• Nearby Colors, Object Focus, Pressure & Contact

Focus: keep your hands busy, without a goal
• Bubble Pop: a calm field of bubbles that fills itself back up; tap one or a few, stop anytime
• Soft Sort, Petal Bloom, Soft Counting, Shape Flow, Gentle Pattern, Quiet Path

Quiet and private
• No account and no sign-in screen
• Settings stay on your device
• No ads, no analytics, no tracking, and no cloud sync
• The app does not connect to online services on its own

Easy to use
• Large controls and a calm, dark interface
• Less motion can be turned on in Settings
• On supported devices, you can enable a brief vibration when you tap a bubble; it is off by default
• Available in English and German; change the language anytime in Settings

Skillhouette is small on purpose: open it, breathe for a moment, get your bearings or keep your hands busy and close it again.
