SubKeeper helps you manage subscriptions and recurring payments: see their costs, renewal dates, and upcoming expenses.

Add subscriptions conveniently

Select a service from the catalog or enter the entry manually. Specify the amount, currency, payment period, next payment date, and category. This way, you can track not only online services but also other recurring expenses.

Search subscriptions by emails and files

Connect your email to search for receipts and payment notifications, or upload a statement or screenshot. Check the names, amounts, and dates found before adding entries to the list. Recognition may be inaccurate and does not guarantee detection of all subscriptions.

Understand your expenses

In the overview and analytics, you can view the average monthly subscription cost and annual estimate, expenses by category, and your largest payments. The annual payment is spread over 12 months to calculate the average cost. This estimate is based on saved data and current prices, not a history of actual card charges.

View upcoming dates

The calendar displays saved payment dates and the total amounts for those dates. Open a specific day to see the entries associated with it. The annual payment amount shown in the calendar differs from the average monthly payment amount.

Set reminders

Choose reminders for 1, 2, 3, 5, or 7 days before the payment is due, along with a Moscow-specific delivery time. You can use phone notifications and email reminders. Phone notifications require the appropriate Android permissions and settings; email reminders require an email account. Delivery also depends on your connection and email service.

Cancel subscriptions

SubKeeper provides instructions for canceling supported subscriptions. Disable renewal with your provider, then mark the cancellation in the app. SubKeeper does not cancel your subscription for you or stop bank debits.

How data is processed

Email connection is optional. When searching, SubKeeper processes the sender, subject, date, and content of emails on the server; this information may be stored. Automatic filtering may include emails that are not part of your subscriptions. Connecting may require an app password or email service permission.

When uploading an extract or screenshot, the image, document pages, or extracted text are transferred to the SubKeeper server and OpenAI for recognition. Before uploading, remove unnecessary personal information. If you do not want to transfer the file or connect your email, add entries manually.
