Tempo Refleto accompanies you between therapy sessions.
A lot happens in the days between appointments, and much of it is lost until the next conversation. The app exists to save these moments while they are still fresh—simply, in just a few minutes a day.
HOW IT WORKS
Access is by invitation. Your psychologist generates a link and sends it to you; there is no open registration. This ensures that each entry is visible only to you and the professional who is following your case.
WHAT YOU RECORD
Daily mood check-in
Choose how you felt—joy, sadness, anger, anxiety, or indifference—indicate the intensity and, if you wish, write a note. One entry per day, in less than a minute.
Thought log
A guided script, based on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, to unpack a difficult moment: the situation, the automatic thought that appeared, the emotions and body reactions, what you did. If you want to go further, the app guides you through restructuring: evidence in favor, evidence against, and an alternative reading of the same situation.
Your History
A monthly calendar shows your emotions over time, with the distribution throughout the month. All records are saved and accessible whenever you want to review them.
Reminders
Choose a time for the app to remind you to check in. The reminder is local, directly on your device.
PRIVACY AND YOUR DATA
Check-ins and thought logs are sensitive health data. We treat them as such.
Before first use, you read and accept the consent provided for in the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law). Nothing is recorded before that.
Your data is visible only to you and the professional linked to your account. The app has no advertising, does not use trackers, does not collect location or contacts, and does not share anything for marketing purposes.
You can delete everything whenever you want: in Settings, account deletion permanently removes check-ins, records, consent, and access.
IMPORTANT
Tempo Refleto is a tool to support psychological counseling. It does not provide diagnoses, treatment, or replace the work of a healthcare professional. In an emergency, seek immediate assistance — in Brazil, CVV provides free support by calling 188.
Record your mood and thoughts between sessions, as invited by your psychologist.
