About this app

Turtlely, a Meditation Training App for Developing Focus and Execution

Turtlely is an ADHD-friendly meditation app.

It is designed so that even those with ADHD, those who struggle with concentration, or those who find it difficult to start meditating can train slowly, beginning with just 5 minutes a day.

There are days when your thoughts race, but your body doesn't easily follow.

There are times when you have a lot of work to do but find it hard to get started, your mind is constantly busy, and even just sitting still feels overwhelming.

The reason meditation is gaining attention among people with ADHD is that it can serve as training for daily attention, emotional regulation, and executive functions.

However, telling someone with ADHD to "just sit still and meditate" is too difficult.

That is why Turtlely was designed differently from the start.

Meditation is not simply a time to empty the mind.

It is a time to train the brain.

Just as there are different types of exercise like Pilates, swimming, weight training, and running, each with different effects, there are various types of meditation.

Among them, Turtlely meditation is a training-type meditation specifically designed to cultivate focus and execution skills.

Turtlely is an app created by a founder with ADHD in collaboration with a meditation instructor who teaches meditation based on neuroscience.

We have structured the training in stages so that neither those with ADHD nor those who find meditation difficult will give up.

You don't have to hold out for 30 minutes right from the start.

You don't have to concentrate perfectly.

Start with a practice of counting your breaths, noticing your body's sensations, and returning to the starting point for just 5 minutes a day.

Turtlely is an app for people who stop because they have too many thoughts,

people who want to take action but keep putting it off, and

people who know meditation is good but found it difficult to sustain on their own.

Sit slowly,

breathe slowly,

and focus on yourself in this very moment.

Do as much as you can, consistently.

Start with Turtlely.
