Unring is sound therapy for the ringing that won't quit after concerts, range days, headphones, or years of work noise. Find the exact frequency where your hearing dipped, then aim a session at it. Built by someone with the same ringing.

HOW UNRING WORKS

1. Run the hearing-profile sweep
A guided sweep plays one tone at a time across your hearing range, separately for each ear. You listen for the band that sounds quieter than the tones just above and below it — the dip where noise damage usually lives, and usually the same band the tinnitus is sitting on. Save it.

2. Aim a session at your frequency
Notch sessions play full audio with a narrow band cut out exactly where your tinnitus sits. ACRN plays four tones in a slightly-irregular pattern clustered around the same frequency. Notch removes input at the band; ACRN adds a desynchronizing pattern around it. Both target the same frequency from opposite directions.

3. Stack a soundscape and sleep
Layer brown, white, and pink noise. Drop in rain, fan, ocean, or forest. Set a fade-out timer so it's quiet by the time you are. Save the routine that worked tonight and reopen it tomorrow.
