I gave it 4 stars before, but now its 1. It worked amazingly before, barely any ads, connects quickly, and works perfectly. Now, it's been much more difficult to even connect to the service, whenever I'm trying to connect it, it tells me to connect to a different server and try again, but it doesn't even have the country I live in, it only has European countries, and not Asian or African countries, and even the auto doesnt work anymore!! Please fix this issue, otherwise, the app was helpful

I think one star is too high for this app. Used to be good at the start but not anymore. I thought maybe has something to do with my old phone till I got a new phone and installed, then more problems; the app doesn't recognize my subscription. In fact it doesn't have login option. This has been a week since I emailed their support useless emails. Multiple emails, they provide no help no direction. I am on annual subscription BTW. Try to find another app.
