Simplified and user friendly interface, however poorly designed in terms of efficiency where you need to enter the same passenger information every time you create a booking for that same person. Also, under the support tab, flight dates change requests take more than 24hrs to be processed by the support team where you are exposed to additional rate increase and seats availability just due to the delay from the support team to answer your flight change request.

Very bad experience, I'm still waiting to receive my tickets and pay it cash however none called me to till now 30 hours after my booking confirmation. The support was very rude with me when I called and didn't provide any help. Regards.

I don't recommend this app because the prices are more expensive than the official website of airlines even if you choose booking and pay at the property with local currency will be much more better price than this application so it's kind of useless
