This weight loss tracker will assist you in weight control and helps you to lose weight or reach your weight goal. The app also includes a BMI Calculator which calculates your BMI and your ideal weight. You can also define your own personal target weight.

I love this app, been using it for years, but I hate this new update. I want to go back to the detailed line graph that has a data point for every single entry. It was useful to me to see periods of yo-yo weight loss versus steady weight loss. Is there a way I can rollback? -- Edited: Thanks, steffen. That worked. Not exactly the same, but I appreciate your help. Is there a way to submit feature requests? Im a software developer, and I have a few easy suggestions.

**UPDATE 8/26 - disregard my previous positive review, the updated app is awful 😞** I've been using this app since Jan2019 and have captured +1k weights in the app. I've used other trackers over the years but I ALWAYS come back to this one. Its beauty lies in the simplicity. No Bluetooth integrations, no bloat with metrics you may not need, just weight, BMI, and several clean views of data. Love the ability to export to csv so data isn't lost and the ability to easily see change over time.

I was happily using this app for at least 4 years, to track inflammation vs dietary intake. The update no longer shows increments of + or - .1 in the right hand column of the history page. If I increase .1 for 5 days, that's 1/2 lb that is no longer easy to track, it's a blank spot on the right hand side of the history for 5 days. It no longer shows as many days in the history on the screen at a time. It was easier to use before. EDIT ty 4 your response, how long B4 update?
