This is on the way to what I want but too limited to be useful. I need a list that asks each new entry what the priority is so that if, say, I enter a new task as priority 1 it bumps 1 down to 2 and the whole list follows. I want 50 or more priorities. If I enter one at 3 it bumps number 3 to 4 etc. Also want to be able to drag and drop tasks to rearrange.. if 6 becomes more important drag it to 2 and the list rearranges. Can you build this app for me?

This app helps me simplify my priorities from time to time. And compared to other's this app does it in a very simple way. I feel this app - very friendly, easy to use. And I just love this app.
