Hello, I am using your app and I feel it is currently a waste of time. I apologize if my words are harsh, but I want to suggest how you can improve it. There is no real benefit to the 'Token' system if we still have to stand in long lines for two hours. The app would be truly useful if we could receive the Doctor’s Prescription directly on the app through the token. Currently, the token system doesn't solve the main problem. Please consider this and solve it so that prescriptions are automatical

Useless app, as Hospital staff is not trained to properly use this app, totally illiterate staff particularly ladies staff in Indira Gandhi hospital, they don't know how to use this app for more than one member of the family. worst experience .

DRiefcase is a simple, neat, and a useful app. The feature that I found most helpful is that the cataloging, indexing, etc. of the documents under different labels is done by the application itself. All I have to do is to take clear photos of my paper based health records. DRiefcase has done for me the job of organising the bulk of my health records that I have otherwise avoided for the longest time. I am now in better control of them. Kudos!
