It has been a month and a half since my application and I haven't received a response, I have written to two different emails and none of them give me an answer, the process is slow and I need the account

I like the Security, but I dont like, is that it takes days so they can answer me back. I own a Business, Im a Consultant Business Analyst. all payments are in Retention foreign profit. I try many times to get in contact, or sending messages so we can meet. but nothing yet. hopefully zoom. Thanks.

Im having issues creating my facebank account. After filling my email and checking inbox the link on the email takes me back to play store asking me for installing the app in my old, power off, broken mobile (not usable, screen is black). I contacted facebank support follow their instructions without luck
