Extremely frustrating experience with Coins.ph!!! They held my funds and kept asking for more documents and screen recordings even after I already submitted everything they requested. It's been three weeks with no proper resolution, and even the tech team has not been helpful!! At this point, I'm honestly starting to wonder if they even plan on returning my funds. What's worse is that I'm not the only one experiencing this!! Some of my colleagues are also having similar issues!!

Total trap for beginners. They list coins on the home screen with a massive hidden spread that makes it impossible for a retail trader to win. The moment you want to trade a trending coin, you find out it's not on the Pro exchange. They are basically stealing your 'money' before you even enter the market. Use a global exchange instead where the fees are actually fair.

Very convenient and easy to use! The app is smooth, fast, and user-friendly even for beginners. Transactions are quick and secure, and I like how everything is organized in one app. Sending money, paying bills, and buying crypto became so much easier. Highly recommended!
