UPDATE - Closing this account because of $19.99 deposit with every bill. This app is helpful but it also charges .99 every time you make a payment, which is more than double dipping. They charge you a monthly fee, a fee for paying your bills, + .99 when you make your payment. I want to pay my bill off with them but it will not allow the option to pay in full because they want that .99 per payment. It's not right to gouge people who are already struggling, otherwise we wouldn't need your service.

Hi Tia, thanks for sharing your thoughts! Your bills are always paid in full to the biller. The $19.99 deposit only applies to your very first Pay in 4 bill and is reimbursed after the 4 installments are paid. Bill Pay has no deposit, and a $0.99 processing fee applies to all payments. Very unhappy! Locked out of my account my 1st day! Had to make a ticket. It will take 2 or 3 days for a superhero support person to get back to me. I paid $15.98 to use their service & cannot. It was hard to get the time sensitive bill (says it will be paid in 2 hours) to upload correctly. It was processing but is now on hold. All because I added some more payment methods! Probably going to end up cancelling my membership. They took my money, did not do what I paid for, locked me out! 1st day

I've been using Deferit for a while now. Up until 3 wks. ago everything was fine. I uploaded a new card for payment & my old 1 (which was deactivated) was flagged & my account was locked. I've been trying to get it unlocked for 3 wks. w/ no help @ all (I've been getting the run-a-round). I canceled my membership & will be uninstalling the app!!
