Ratings and reviews

Absolutely zero customer support. Credit card expired this month so they completely blocked account access until resolved. However, with locked account, there is no possible way to update current card info in order to resolve. There is no web site enabling independent log in to facilitate card/billing update. The app's playstore "contact creator" email is a fully automated dead end with no means of follow up interactive human communication/oversight.

they charge extra for lidar now. you used to be able to just pay their normal subscription and access everything. now the lidar is an extra AUD$40-$150 (price depending on state) per year on top of your regular subscription. only reason i downloaded this was for the lidar. the rest of the info on this app can be found for free on other sites. please explain why you've locked out the only good thing about the app

The free mode appears to be completely useless. Half the buttons take you to the subscription page or do nothing entirely. if you like looking at old maps (the comparing historical maps to modern maps doesn't work) this app might be worth for the convenience of having them all in one place. this app puzzles me because it just serves no purpose for free so why even offer it.
