Clunky, unreliable, interface is not good. Text for the messaging part is really small and hard to read, and the last time I use it the app kept crashing while I was trying to have a conversation with someone. The automated response system is TERRIBLE ("Help making a claim" "Sorry, I don't understand what you're saying" 😡). Worst part is that there's no option for doing it through the website. So bad it's making me want to drop Medibank.

The app is full of advertising. My health data will not sync reliably with Live Better, even if I tap "Sync Now". The fact that it works sometimes means it's not my settings. You cannot edit prior days, so some weeks I miss the goal and lose points. It should be possible to edit the entire week. During daylight saving down South, Live Better could not be updated after 11pm instead of midnight. It clearly doesn't use local time.

App is really good. Just found my review from 2017 where I gave it 1 star and said it was useless lol. Not the case anymore. It's handy having my limits and digital card readily accessible. Only issue is the Rewards section is not reliably syncing with Health Connect so my sleep and activities aren't being recorded. But I can still enter manually - but that too is annoying as it doesn't let you manually enter achievements once the day has passed.
