• Connect leading health and fitness apps to track steps, exercise, meditation, and sleep to earn Live Better Points.

To use the updated App, you’ll need to be a Medibank health insurance member. If you have Visitors Health Insurance, Working Visa Health Insurance or Overseas Student Health cover, you may not be able to use all the features.

Clunky, unreliable, interface is not good. Text for the messaging part is really small and hard to read, and the last time I use it the app kept crashing while I was trying to have a conversation with someone. The automated response system is TERRIBLE ("Help making a claim" "Sorry, I don't understand what you're saying" 😡). Worst part is that there's no option for doing it through the website. So bad it's making me want to drop Medibank.

The Medibank app is so easy to use. Everything i need is right accessible and just a click away. I love being able to find Members Choice providers on the map and looking at benefit limits when I need to. I cannot express enough how thankful I am for Medibank and how stress-free they make private health!

The Live Better points function gets worse with every update. The syncing from fitness apps is very unreliable and will either pick up no activities at all or only some, seemingly at random. Even hitting "complete" on the in-app challenges doesn't reliably mark them as complete. Buttons and other functions which sometimes don't work are a terrible user experience!
