Clunky, unreliable, interface is not good. Text for the messaging part is really small and hard to read, and the last time I use it the app kept crashing while I was trying to have a conversation with someone. The automated response system is TERRIBLE ("Help making a claim" "Sorry, I don't understand what you're saying" 😡). Worst part is that there's no option for doing it through the website. So bad it's making me want to drop Medibank.

Very time consuming to try to figure out how to set it up. Disappointed and a bit annoyed that, only after fumbling through and getting my samsung Health Connect app auto syncing, I eventually find out that Active Minutes are only supported on Apple, google fit or Garmin. Why not make this clear earlier? So now I have to go and buy a garmin. But which device models are compatible? Medibank live better app could be a whole lot bettet, and needs a well thought out and tested set of FAQs.

Great app, but unfortunately when I click on certain things like 'see all' when looking at 'earn points with partners' it takes me to a blank page with a blue banner across the top and a white back arrow in the top left corner. I can't get further information. I have checked for app updates, but I have the most recent one! Any suggestions?
