I have uninstaller and reinstalled this on my TV but the app still continues to freeze every time the adverts come on when watching live TV. I have to go back to the home page and press the watch button every time for it to unfreeze and be able to watch programs. Fix your app. It's bloody annoying. Not happy with this app.

I had issues with this app 10 years ago and it still sucks. I encounter the same issues to this day. Casting anything takes about 30 minutes to get to work, you have to clear the cache every time you want to use it (and even then it usually doesn't work), and then now there's been an update that has rendered it completely unusable. It's 2025 and this is one of Australia's biggest TV networks. Do better.

Seriously, this can be good when it works, but when it freezes, it is garbage. Mostly trash, I complained and received a response saying clear cache and delete app and reinstall, etc. Works for a short time again, yet ends up with the same problems. It's at your end 9 now. Fix it or expire! It's so damn annoying when you settle in after a long day and can not enjoy your shows.
