it's incredibly frustrating when watching the rugby league. the app constantly glitches where if you go out of the app and don't go back in quick enough it freeze and you'll have to close the app and reopen it again just to get back to the video quite annoying. been like this ever since I downloaded the app and on multiple phones too... I've used it for about 5-6 years now.

way too many adds. I'm trying to watch the state of origin replay. I'm nine minutes into the game and there's been 4 minutes of adds so far. so about 20 minutes of adds an hour. so to watch 2 hours of this app you have to watch 1 hour of adds. that's ridiculous. like so bad I reckon nine don't want people using the app so much as it will probably crash. I've worked in ICT for ten years and Ive always wondered how the app can still be so slow and hard to navigate. I'm disappointed I want to like9

The Start Again feature is so welcome but the number of times it fails is frustrating. When it fails, you just lose the program. Sometimes you can start again (but only from the beginning, never from where you were). Other times, the program will not start again at all and you've missed it. And also, so often the 9Now app just fails to start until I reboot my device (this happens on both my Amazon Firestick and Fetch Box). No other streaming service needs a reboot to start.
