So many ads. Glitches and cuts out, then you have to watch adds to get back into the show, fast forward to where you were then are forced to watch more ads! I watched 15 ads in a row! update: Straight up does not work now. Doesn't even pretend to try. Upon opening you are met with an error message which gives a hyperlink for their help page. When you click on that you are taken to a web page error stating the page does not exist. Updating, restarting, reinstalling has no effect. ZERO STARS

I wish I could rate it ZERO for the WORST on demand TV viewing experience in Australia. When I watch programs on the ABC iview, Channel 10, Channel 7, SBS there are no problems. Using the SAME TV, and the SAME internet connection, it is impossible to view a program on Nine NOW, due to constant glitches, breaks in transmission etc. It unwatchable. I hope the advertisers who pay Channel Nine mega bucks, read these reviews from so many people complaining about the same issues.

currently forced to use the app as a result of local fires taking out TV coverage. sadly the app defaults to general location(based in IP address from ISP) which sets us to watch Sydney news instead of local news Melbourne which is important to us atm. The app should have the ability to manually set location so people can take control when the auto set function gets it wrong.
