the best aps, make my life super easier everytime i need to claim for my medical needs. update : since using this insurance (NIB) and the aps it self until now 2025, still the best!! claim never have problem, and all issues or questions about insurance, pregnancy, claim, refund. all easy solved. The Scan With Camera option stopped working a while ago but has since been fixed in the 16/04/2025 update. Thanks! The Add Document option still says the app doesn't have File and Media permissions so you can't add a PDF receipt. The app needs to be repackaged with this option enabled.

Put the claim card on the main screen trying to claim and the card is in a menu and hard to find? where's the good user experience? the home screen is busy now and full of jargon. update: I'm not sitting here chatting to a bot that doesn't understand me. Please tell your developers to simply add the membership card to the home screen. It's simple. I don't want to stand at the dentist with my whole family trying to find a membership card. The app was better before and now over complicated.
