I found navigating in the app difficult. I haven't used PP for about 12 months so assumed I was still registeted. But when I tried to sign in it kept telling me something was wrong. I tried to re-register and was then told I couldn't use that email address as it was already in use!!!!!????. I had to get a new password and it eventually worked.

great app easy to use and competitive pricing. nice quality prints arriving on time. and it remembers orders so you can add a few photos after a weekend away and wait until.youve got a decent order together before placing the order.

Sadly it didn't work for me. I spent hours trying to get photos together on the app. Paid for them and then they wouldn't upload. They were very quick to respond to me to try to resolve the issue but asked me to reinstall the app and do the order again and they would refund me. I don't have the time to do that again so I'm just going to get my refund and find another way to print my photos.
