I'm using a Google Pixel 3A phone. When I select a movie, all the ads play flawlessly, but then the movie won't play, it just says try again. This is the worst possible scenario! I don't want the ads, I want the movie! I get "[DRM_FAILED_TO_PROVISION] Unable to play protected content at this time. please connect to the internet internet and try again." I am connected... I see the ads. Any chance of fixing this before we land?

The movies load, but it always says I don't have a headset connected, so it refuses to play sound. My headphones work on every other app on my phone, so there's a problem with the app. (This is a Samsung Galaxy S22+, a week after downloading the latest app, with Samsung headphones attached via USB.)

Uninstalled it, reinstalled it, multiple times, restarted my phone multiple times. App would not function. Terrible app, and had zero ability to access entertainment on my flight.
