Ratings and reviews

Zero stars. Can't add tickets via barcode. No error but doesn't add. App has been granted all permissions available. After many attempts got tickets added by order ID. Cannot upload a photo from gallery or camera. Again no error, just doesn't work.

Tickets won't add to my app. Tried scanning the barcodes, no error just returns back to the screen. Tried adding via order and email and says I need to use same email. I did but it didn't work!

iPhone app works 10 times better than this Android rubbish. I have both phones and all tickets I bought on the website show up automatically on the iPhone app home page. It also has a better design UI. This android app is like the other world. Poor design like a high school project, and the simplest basic doesn't even work - just show me the bloody tickets! Whoever developed this should get fired!
