Ratings and reviews

Zero effort went into the user side of this app. There is no way to organise your tickets. My familiy onepass tickets are intermingled with white Christmas and some Wizard of Oz garbage (no way to delete). Also have to click on the icon to see whose pass it is... why not a thumbnail view? After multiple attemps to add photos, they're still not showing a day later. Of course there is zero support, not even a help file.

Tickets aren't transferring to the app. Uninstalled and re-installed and tried again and although it says they were successfully added to the app they still aren't showing up in the app. Called customer service twice and there was nothing more they could do to help. Things that are supposed to make life "easier" shouldn't be this difficult.

Bought annual passes online. While signing up they ask for each individuals email address and other details but there was no email notification sent to any pass holder. Also, the passes do not get added to the app. Very frustrating!
