Ratings and reviews

Photo pass; sorry but I was unable to work out how to get any photos so far. For $65, it would be nice to have the memories we paid for, for example, one print of our group at each Park included. Luckily we took a couple of photos on our phones for free, if we trusted you, we wouldn't have any memories of today. It looks like there's 2 photos of one person in our group that will be able to retrieved but none of those who can't go on the thrill rides.

Could be a great app, but as many have mentioned for yrs prior to me trying. The app will not let you add your photo to the pass. Seems like this should have been a simple fix for any IT team, however the village theme parks team have ignored its customers feedback and concerns.

Have tried to add the tickets I purchased, regardless of the method tried (barcode or order number) all I get is an error message telling me there is a problem adding my ticket. Completely pointless.
