A reliable internet connection is recommended. Ride wait times, show schedules and other live information may not update accurately without a strong connection.

NOTIFICATIONS

We recommend enabling push notifications so you can receive important reminders, alerts and information relating to your visit.

ACCOUNT & LOCATION ACCESS

Some app features require your name, email address and ticket or pass details. Features such as Wayfinder and in-park ride wait times also require location access.

For the best experience, we recommend creating or signing in to your account and enabling location access while using the app in the parks.

PAYMENTS

Some app features allow purchases or optional paid upgrades. Please ensure access to your account and any stored payment methods is appropriately managed, particularly where children or other people may have access to your device or account.

Ratings and reviews

The new update makes viewing shows and presentations shedules difficult. There is no way to show all and sort by time. The new feature "My Plan" does this but the left "time" column is too narrow and not showing minutes. Currently its fine showing only 3 digits time (eg 1.40, 2.15), but if its 4 digits (eg 12:.. 13:..) only shows two dots (..), and I'm on a large-screen phone SGS23U.

App was perfectly good and the update destroyed it. It's now unintuitive to find a list of rides with wait times, and I can no longer get walking directions. So the most basic useful functionality of the old app is gone.

Photo doesn't work on the app. Says take photo, accepts it and then at the gate they say there is no photo. We did it in front of them and it still didn't work. edit: 2 years later, exactly the same problem. how frustrating!!!
