It used to work fine. Now, I can't log in, as my phones had a software update. I get stuck in a continuous cycle of use a one time code, which I can't as it's trying to send it to the current phone which is logged out. Awesome. Also occurs on the Web. What a great system. Somebody shoot me.

it would rate higher if i didn't have to constantly have to uninstall and reinstall itbecause it wants the play store to be upto date even when it already is. small frustrations make it unpleasant enough to drop its rating.

The Service NSW app is incredibly convenient and easy to use. Having my driver licence, registrations, and important services all in one place makes life so much simpler. The layout is clear, the app runs smoothly, and it saves a lot of time compared to going into a service centre. I also like how secure it feels and how quickly you can access things when you need them. It’s a really well designed app that makes dealing with government services fast and hassle-free. Highly recommended! 👍
