Ratings and reviews

The app works but it's a usability nightmare. Planning a trip is slow when searching for stations, no recent search history, and the app always returns to the home screen when you switch away. As others mentioned, any money left on a card when you are done with it is basically forfeit so don't load the card with anything more than you need.

this app is basically only good for managing your opal cards. I regularly use Strathfield station and half the time it doesn't list the trains that are coming and leaving. it's made me late countless times waiting for a train when I could have simply taken another that wasn't shown in the app. You are better off using the screens at each station than trusting this app.

I use GrapheneOS, my ROM is MORE secure than most phones, it makes absolutely no sense that the app refuses to work because my phone doesn't have a locked bootloader, this is just atrocious, nonsensical, the app just does not work at all for now reason other than you just don't let it work, there is no need for this.
