It was amazing. Now everytime I try to open the app. it sits at the loading screen and does nothing. Ive tried resetting password, logging in with pin and biometrics, and removing account from device. Always same issue. I have to open the website to access anything. I have a samsung s24 ultra and keep everything up to date. This is happening since the last update

when opening in tablet instead app shows vertically like in mobile phone instead of landscape. Also one window, when in tablet and turning to portrait because you can't see or access bottom part of image, closes the app. Third problem. When typing in this box you can't access the submit button unless you close the alphabet. What a schemozzle.

Every time I have had to do anything with Service NSW it's always been super easy. The staff are always friendly, helpful and efficient. And they always seem to get the issue sorted or can point you in the right direction if unable to help you there. The banks, telcos etc could learn a lot from how this organisation is run.
