At 6pm 15.06.22 I had received numerous notifications that my vouchers are expiring soon. I stopped notifications from being sent. About 6.10pm same day because within that 10 minutes I'd gotten 6 if the same thing.. now it is 10.19am 16th June 2022 and I have 42 notifications to view about the "expiring" vouchers. It is starting to get annoying and I want to delete the app, but I need it for my licence.. please fix it asap!!

Hi Lavinia, thank you for flagging this. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. This issue has been resolved so feel free to re-enable notifications, but please do let us know if this or anything else occurs. The app is improved using customer feedback like yours.

I think it's dreadful!! Access being denied unless you update the app discriminates against so many Australians who either can't afford or choose less technologically advanced mobile phones with minimal storage capacity, don't have 'cloud' storage, or laptop/ computer to transfer their photos and files to, so want to keep them all on their phone. So their phones don't have enough space for 'updates'!!! They have to delete files, photos, videos and other apps before can update Service NSW app!!

Updates keep stuffing up telling me my phone is too old (Samsung Galaxy S8+) and won't allow me to login. I keep having to remove app completely then install fresh each time. Contacted support who deny there's an issue! This app is going to be useless when I receive my digital copy of my Covid-19 vax. Am I going to have to keep a paper copy on me at all times? I know the QR code login works without login, but how about acknowlegement of issues and then fixing them. I am not your 'crash dummy'!

What's new

Thanks for using the Service NSW mobile app! We used your feedback to make these improvements:
• You can now get your Digital High Risk Work Licence. Thanks for your feedback on the public beta.
• You can now choose to remove any of your Digital Trade Licences - just check the licence menu!
• Contractors who use School Check-in can now enter their job ID
• We’ll let you know when your expired and used vouchers will be removed from the app
