ServiceWA is provided by the WA Government to help people connect with WA State Government services. It is designed for Australian residents or citizens who live in WA, do business here, or are visiting WA.

The ServiceWA app allows you to activate and access select WA Government services in one place.

The App may require you to enable camera or location services based on the service that you enable.

Ratings and reviews

When I open the app it says I need a pass code that it'll send to my phone by text, but it never sends the text so I can't use the app. Doesn't give any error or any reason for not working. To use the app I have to reinstall it and login through myGovId from scratch every time I need something.

Very difficult setting up. Keeps asking for digital id which I have set up but then tells you to set it up. I still don't know it I have one set up or not. I have been at it for FIVE hours

Ditto to all the previous negative reviews on this. Having to download other apps and give bountiful personal information about ourselves is ridiculous. We are not doing that just to go to the zoo for free. Deleted the app.
