ServiceWA is provided by the WA Government to help people connect with WA State Government services. It is designed for Australian residents or citizens who live in WA, do business here, or are visiting WA.

The ServiceWA app allows you to activate and access select WA Government services in one place.

The App may require you to enable camera or location services based on the service that you enable.

our government wants to see the inside of our skin before giving us the services they provide with this app, aswell 50 other apps in the process. I submitted my Drivers licence, Medicare card, BIRTH certificate, medical records, and STILL they don't believe i'm who I am. Not until I give them money for even MORE I.D. to not trust me from. Finding a referee for a passport is an uncomfortabley invasive procedure and i've asked two doctors who have turned it down because they feel uncomfortable.

update 2025... was about to uninstall it, as I never use it, but I had a look to see if it has any current use. It has a completely different function to the original (Covid monitoring). Now provides connection to many useful government and Non Gvt services. I have decided to keep it. Same ongoing issue with having to use the awkward MygovID app (back and forth game) if you need to actually login to a service though. I wish they'd replace that awful method and integrate ID within the one app.

absolute nightmare!! I've downloaded 5 time and uninstalled 5 times because when I go to log in, it's just a blank page! I've messaged and asked for help, got absolutely nothing more than I have already tried! they say we need this app, but they have more issues than it's worth. come on, all the technology we have today and they can't make a simple app work!! go figure
