Absolute nightmare! I'm very computer literate and have used myID many times for logging into the ATO, but this is beyond a joke. At this point I'm asking myself if I really need $250 a student payment that badly. I also tried applying via the online form several times which also failed every time when I hit Submit. Thanks WA government for wasting hours of my time.

Same issue as everyone else, the app doesn't detect that DigitalID is installed, it sends you to your browser and that tells you to download the DigitalID app. You do this and it just repeats. This is a serious flaw in an already flawed process.

this app is ridiculous!! it keeps coming up errors on the access to the Support Fuel payment. As usual!! the government says it's easy, but they want codes, ids, and way too much!!! not worth it. and it brings up an Error everytime. So No!!! another waste. Its unreliable to access.
