About this app

Authenticator keeps in one place the two-factor authentication (2FA) codes of every account that lets you sign in with an authenticator app (TOTP). It makes the one-time passwords (TOTP) that websites and apps ask for when you sign in, right on your phone, so a stolen password alone does not open your account.

Works with Microsoft, Google, Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, Binance, Coinbase, GitHub and other services when they offer TOTP setup

ADD AN ACCOUNT IN SECONDS
• Scan the QR code on the 2-step verification page of a website or app.
• Or choose a picture of the QR code, paste the setup link, or type the key.
• 6- and 8-digit codes, 30- and 60-second periods.
• Microsoft accounts too, including Outlook, Microsoft 365, Azure and Entra ID sign-ins, where the account supports third-party TOTP codes.

• Import your accounts from Google Authenticator: scan the QR codes it shows under Transfer accounts.
• Restore everything from an Authenticator backup file.
