DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY They say they care and want to provide the best service but no. They take your money for the device, suck at communication, take money from your transactions, and then cancel your account because it is their right and they aparently took "careful consideration" before doing so. I will be processing my transactions through someone else.

Great Company but Readers don't fit most devices. Company should rethink how they make their readers since the phone jack my not be in the same spot as modeled. Had to cut rubber to make it work. With most of my devices I need an extension for the audio jack. Low fees making it a great company.
Withdrawing $4/month because I stopped using them. We stopped using PayAnywhere over a year ago. Today I got an email "reminding me" that they emailed me "recently" regarding a $4/mo fee for inactive accounts. We've never received any previous emails and they've charged us for the last 2 months. If an account is inactive 1 year, why not just close it? They got away with charging us twice before I caught this. We'll NEVER use them again and I'm closing all of our accounts with Wells Fargo Bank (they own PayAnywhere).
