Con It took over a week to get running on there end. Then once it was running after $651.92 that i swiped they put my account on hold for 180 days with no reason besides we dont want to do business with a small business like you!!! so I'm out the $651.92 for 6 months
Used for years Wayyyyy better than Square! Never had any problems. Got money not problems no holds nothing bad to say. I will continue using them for my boutique
Company garbage They can put your account on hold and not even let you know. Plus horrible service. App is confusing to use. Will not recommend their services to anybody
Over a week to get funds They decided to do a audit of my account. Emailed me several times asking for different documents. It took over a week for them to get everything done which caused issues with finishing the job for the customer.
Very happy with service... but their app is very disappointing. Everytime they update a release it seems 2 steps forward 1 step back. V4.1.1 does not: show transaction success, remember clients, label 'view invoice'. We have never had issues with funds 3+ years.
Withdrawing $4/month because I stopped using them. We stopped using PayAnywhere over a year ago. Today I got an email "reminding me" that they emailed me "recently" regarding a $4/mo fee for inactive accounts. We've never received any previous emails and they've charged us for the last 2 months. If an account is inactive 1 year, why not just close it? They got away with charging us twice before I caught this. We'll NEVER use them again and I'm closing all of our accounts with Wells Fargo Bank (they own PayAnywhere).
