App is unusable, crashes upon opening. I called the bank the week of Thanksgiving and was told that they are aware of the issue and it would be fixed soon. It's been three weeks and it still is unusable. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and no difference. I love back on Buffalo, but, come on, fix the app!!

Worst app any bank could use. It is hard to navigate around in. Had to make a mobile deposit, but couldn't find the button to do so. Ended up uninstalling, & reinstalling it before the mobile check deposit button would show up. Now the fingerprint login doesn't work. Went to the bank web page to turn on the fingerprint opt, but it's already on. If it were up to me, I'd fire the designers of this useless app & hire a new company. Worst bank app I have ever used. I'd give it a "Zero" if I could.

The app is very unfinished. I have been trying to set security via fingerprint with less than any success. Alerts for mobile are not able to updated either which when/if made available will be nice. Work in progress for sure so for now going to paper statements. Not worth the aggravation.
