I have dealt with this bank for over 20 years. I get excellent service. Everyone there has always been polite and friendly. Due to some life situations, Sonya has helped me several times. She has always been kind and patient with me. Just about month ago I told her I don't know what I'd do without her. She can't retire for many many years.

Thank you JSB for finally doing a much needed upgrade!! The interface, functions, communication, bill pay, prompt posting enhancements are awesome! Now the only thing needed is external account transfer. Please add Zelle!
