I had a problem with the registration of the application, the customer service was extremely helpful, made my issue go away in a few minutes

Generally works well, the transaction fees are moderate. It's quite inconvenient that you can't name your bank cards, you can only identify them by the last 4 digits, which is a pain. The app is way too paranoid, if you send it to the background, then go back, it will ask you to identify yourself even after a second. It is highly annoying even with biometric authentication, with pin code I would have deleted the app long ago. It should wait at least 30 seconds before re-authentication.

The new log in system that was forced on me to use does not work after a week. Support is ignorant to the extent i have not seen before and I have been waiting for a resolution since days. Shame on you Barion. The only helpful info I got from your log in error message "Your user is cannot be authenticated. Unknown error" is that you don't even take the time to check grammatical errors in your app's interface. No wonder the app is unusable.
