I recently faced an issue where I was charged twice for an order I placed. While I appreciate that the team acknowledged it, I was disappointed to see that the extra amount was returned in the form of wallet coins instead of a direct refund. I believe this is not the right approach. Since the overcharge was a mistake from your end and the payment was made in cash/card, the refund should also be processed back to the original payment method — not as store credit. It’s not fair...................

this was a good app. Now the service level has dropped. You place order, and it will be delivered after 2/3 or even 4 days. I have requested many times on help line but no improvement. This is very stupid excuse that your order was not confirmed. When order is placed it is confirmed. previously local staff visited regularly, but since last few months no body has visited.

pathetic service. it's been more than a month, and they're not giving me credit. They asked me to achieve the target, and you'll get your credit instantly. I've contacted their customer care service to solve my issue thousands of times, but all in vain. Instead of giving me credit ( as I was promised ) They're continuously changing my complaint numbers and asking me " Your complaint has been noted. Kindly wait, as your valuable cooperation will be needed regarding this matter".
