It was my first experience with Bazaar grocery app. being a hostel student, it's very difficult to go out and buy groceries in the busy schedule. I am very impressed with you guys, affordable prices and even vouchers and discounts, what more does a person need?! loved it

NOT RECOMMENDED My order's delivery is scheduled next day, which is unacceptable when many apps offer same-day delivery. Despite requesting delivery after 2:00 PM, the rider attempted delivery at 11:00 AM & made no call. The rider falsely reported that I did not respond & cancelled my order. Customer support asked me to place new order for delivery the next day👎🏻 instead of accepting their mistake. Poor coordination, false reporting and no respect for customer time. Disappointing service.

Absolutely unacceptable service! I have experienced repeated order cancellations on the Bazaar app. The riders simply cancel the orders upon arrival, causing great inconvenience and immense frustration. This is the third time this has happened, leading to lost customers and significant mental distress. Immediate action is required to address this issue."
