As a first user, I have very very bad experience using this app. Division, Thana's are not matching without any reason. sometimes it cannot recognise our face. Then locked for 3 hours. This is too much annoying for the sim sellers when they are busy with customers. Too much fingerprint mismatch problems. Sometimes fingerprints doesn't match perfectly. For the poor and lady customers this is too much time costing and annoying. This app should be more Smooth and easy to use. Bad User Experience 👎

Red Cube's secondary account and frequent OTP requests are an annoying system. It needs to be made easier. Robi and Airtel recharge services should be brought to the primary account, then it will save time. Switching to secondary takes more time and there are OTP issues. These need to be resolved quickly.

- This new updated version is not working on my mobile...When I touch the app to open it, the app does not launch and the display shows "Device Blocked for Security Reason".! - Why.? - Please solve this.!
