Customizable calisthenics app to your goals and skill level. Or simply follow a program of your choice towards the goals you have. Exactly what I've been looking for to stay motivated and easily change progressions as I advance. Also, very informative of each exercises to start your journey with correct form. What more could you ask for? 👍

I've only been using this app for two or so weeks, but so far I'm impressed. I can actually already see progress in my pullups and handstands! The pricing is good and the app is really easy to use, and has a ton of content. Good work Sondre Berg. I've always wanted to do crazy calisthenics stuff and I'm hoping your app will help me realize that dream. I also love that you incorporate so much stretching into the workouts.

I'm only five days in but so far I'm absolutely loving it! I love that I was able to create a programme that perfectly aligns with my goals and the instructions are easy to follow. Looking forward to seeing how far I can go! Thanks coach B! 🙂👍
