In general it is a good banking application. Since the last update 2 things bother me a little: 1) for payments with the QR code you now need to enter you password twice. One for entering the app and a second time to confirm the transaction. Maybe I should switch back to the payconiq app for that. 2) the banktransfer screen has changed a lot and I don't find it as intuitive as the previous one used to be. Update: the last update only lets you see 3 accounts in your main screen.

With latest version, you cannot see what amount is reserved on your credit card, the amount available does not correspond to the reality, please put back the old presentation for credit card. It also blocked me twice while abroad and had to contact the customer support from abroad (occuring extra fees for something i already pay for). Was a good bank, the increase of fees and technical issues make me wonder if still worth it.

stopped working since last update, contacted app helpdesk, they told me to take a screenshot of the problem... had to explain them that the app was developed so as to be unable to take screenshots 🤦 they never answered, so my payments will have to wait for the next update, hopefully. next update, still not working : shuts itself down immediately after clicking 'connect'. helpdesk still not responding
