In the middle of the process of adding a data bundle it asks me to rate the app. I finish setting the bundle and see I've been charged twice. I use the in-app contact form, but the chat bot is completely useless. I ask to speak to a rep, but after 48 hours (without about response from them!) it tells me I'm inactive and they will close the chat. I typed "I'm still waiting" every day to keep the chat active, but after a week they force closed it anyway. No response. I'm switching providers.

Utterly dreadful experience trying to use this app. It is cluttered with unwanted sales offers and totally irrelevant services. Why do you think I would be interested in mobility/parking products from my internet provider? It is almost impossible to find the information I want, and when I do the app is usually broken. E.g. trying to set up or turn off internet hotspot access. The UXUI design is terrible (especially the insane authentication steps). Truly a disaster of vision and implemention.

Edit 2026: I can't pay my bill because the bills don't load, but I did get a fine for not paying on time. OtDoes not work. Screen is white. When it worked info was not great, getting help almost impossible. I don't yet see the point of this app. Only worked for paying and now it won't even load.

This update cleans up what nobody will miss: bugs.
