In the middle of the process of adding a data bundle it asks me to rate the app. I finish setting the bundle and see I've been charged twice. I use the in-app contact form, but the chat bot is completely useless. I ask to speak to a rep, but after 48 hours (without about response from them!) it tells me I'm inactive and they will close the chat. I typed "I'm still waiting" every day to keep the chat active, but after a week they force closed it anyway. No response. I'm switching providers.

There is always something wrong with this app. Suddenly I only get to see my own phone and when I click "become an administrator" (which I am with my account) I get an error and do NOT get to see the products I manage. Yet again an issue with this app in a long list of issues I've had with this app. Rubbish programming!

App logs me out every week and even tho I am 100% sure of my password it doesn't work half the time after I triple check it. It is extremely slow to load. Embarrassing for a telecommunications company.

We updated the app to solve an issue affecting part of our users who could not see all their products and could not access their invoices.
