Lumixi turns two Android phones into a private baby monitor. One phone becomes the Camera, placed near the crib. The other becomes the Monitor, and stays with you.
PAIRING IN SECONDS
The Camera shows a QR code. The Monitor scans it. That is all: no sign-up, no password, no network setup. The Camera phone requires no purchase and no account.
YOUR VIDEO STAYS BETWEEN YOUR PHONES
Video and sound travel directly from one phone to the other, over an encrypted connection. They are never stored on a server, and Lumixi never records them. When no Monitor is watching, the Camera sends nothing.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Watch and listen live from the selected Camera
• Get an alert on sound or motion, with adjustable sensitivity
• Turn off the alerts you do not want: each one is independent
• Night mode: an image suited to darkness, with no flash and no blinking light
• Optional night light: a soft, steady glow on the Camera phone
• Monitoring continues with the screen off, with a permanent notification
• Automatic reconnection after a network drop
• Pair several cameras and choose which one to watch
ONE HOUSEHOLD, TWO PHONES
Both parents can watch from their own phone with a single subscription. A Lumixi household has two seats. A camera is watched by one monitor at a time.
ACCOUNT AND DATA
No Lumixi account is needed to use the app. You can connect your Google account to recover your subscription and your cameras after reinstalling, or to share Premium with the other parent. In that case your email address is used to identify your account, and nothing else. You can delete your account and all your data at any time from the app, or at lumixi.app/suppression-compte.
No ads. No advertising trackers.
LUMIXI PREMIUM
The Monitor phone requires Lumixi Premium. A free 7-day trial is offered to users Google Play finds eligible, then the monthly subscription is billed at the price shown by Google Play for your country. Taxes and the first billing date prevail. The subscription renews automatically and can be cancelled at any time in Google Play.
WHAT LUMIXI IS NOT
Lumixi is a monitoring aid. It is not a medical device, not an alarm system, and it never replaces the presence and vigilance of an adult. Sound and motion alerts can miss an event or trigger for no reason.
Always place the Camera phone outside the crib and out of the child's reach, with its power cable away from the sleeping area.
