Worst app ever. Nothing works except the billing feature. You cannot monitor your consumption because it doesn't work. I called the support desk multiple times and receive a different excuse every time. They don't know what the problem is and it won't be resolved any time soon, looking at the other reviews with similar issues here. Worst service support ever, shame on you total energies. You've lost a customer and I will make sure none of my close circle will contract with you as well.

This is a very bad app. I can see the invoice, but cannot zoom in, cannot download it for offline use as .pdf, also can't copy text from the invoces, so it's a useless app rather use the browser on my phone can actually do something with it.

DO NOT CHOOSE TOTAL AS ENERGY SUPPLIER. Regret enormously choosing this supplier. For months the app does not allow to update your consumption figures and forecast your costs. Incredible that a multi billion company has such a poor app. Their answer from customer service: we know about about it.. but we do not know when this will be fixed.
