For the last couple of days I receive notification for new mail, but when I tap on it to read the message, there is a mistake and the account closes. When tapping on the app icon it just doesn't load the new messages in the account. It's really frustrating. Please fix this problem!

There is a problem with Android 13+ and this app. There is additional permission needed to download files from emails Files/Storage permission and is not working because the app did not update along for the Android permission requirement. . Now the only option to download a file is to go through the mobile browser and download this way.

There's been problem with the app for the last couple of days: whenever I try to access/ download my new emails, a message comes up saying that there is an error with the internet connection. Of course this is not true because all other apps are working with the same internet connection, besides there is no problem downloading/ accessing the same emails through the same internet connection on my laptop, therefore the problem is with the app. ABV fix your app! This problem happens far too often!
