The programmers who developed this app for Postbank should be strictly forbidden from going anywhere near a computer To use the mobile app, I have THREE apps on my phone: Postbank, m-Token and One Wallet I’ve seen mobile apps from various banks in different countries, but this is the first time I’ve come across such madness The interface isn’t intuitive. I still can’t work out where to view a full statement of my account transactions. Different apps show different sets of transactions. ......

Took months to investigate a fraud claim which should take 1 week. The bank was in breach of PSD2 regulation and still hasn't refunded my remaining balance after blocking my credit card.

This app malware. It spams me with notifications and is one of the reasons I will switch to another bank. The customer support is useless, no one trained them properly.
