very limited options compared to other online banking apps, cannot use credit card digitally as promised on the phone, app does not show full card details to be able to use digitally. Even customer service team on the phone were wrongly informed that this is possible and that card details including cvv are visible on the app.

Limited services available in the app , also things started to worsen as you will be allowed to use only 1 device to access your account and no other device can be registered at the same time unless you remove the first one, unfortunately this was done without consideration to the impact it will have to the customer's experience.

Below average app from international bank. Super slow in Updating credit card transactions... Billing date is always changing ...if there is holiday, banking software is also taking holidays for not to update for transactions. Worst service.
